At Walthers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Simply follow our streamlined process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
